Hi everybody, Shrbook is here again to give you a quick summary about a new technology for blinds or persons with low vision and deaf which was heard from a website. A GPS which is designed just for help blind to go to their places which help them to know how far from the store or the restaurant do they want to go for and its deliver for them by speech which someone describes everything for them. Also, If they are in the restaurant and they want to know what is in the menu today, they can take a picture for the menu and the GPS will describe everything in that picture for them. Another product which help deaf people to communicate with each other is (Vhad)+. Its a video conferences which made by Viable company. Those brand new technology are shown in Vegas before a month and they are very helpful for the blind and the deaf. However, its very expensive for them and its making them challenging to get it.

  1. The development of medical technologies provide us new ways of communication. As Shrbo0ok explained, blind people will be ablt to live as same as ordinary people. It is an amazing thing, the thing that I have never imagined before. Although there seems to be some problems such as expensive cost and technological problem, I believe that these problems will be overcomed in the very near future. The fusion between machine and human sounds awesome to me. Ryo.K

  2. What for a nice topic. I like it. You are right when you say that this innovations are very expensive for user. But from my point of view it is such a big help for them. Life is becoming more comfortable with new technologies. A very good friend of mine has such a company and is developing technical solutions for people with disabilities. The costs for development and production are very high but the market is small and the request is low. Thats why are the products so expensive.

  3. Your summary gave me a really good idea of what this article is about - nice job! Thanks for sharing this article. I think accessible electronics is becoming an increasingly important topic, especially since so much information online is being presented visually, and not always as text.

Thanks to Carina too for providing good insight about why these goods are so expensive.

    Nice work team Perfectionist!

  4. Hi Shrbook, wow! this invention is fantastic and convenient. now the disability people will probably feel a little bit more include in the society, I mean it will easier for them to function because not a lot of disability has someone to help them when they need something. if blind people can now have a device that can help them go wherever they want and even know what's in a menu this is very helpful, but my impression is it's like anyone who is blind can't have because it seems expensive. it seems it is for only disability who is rich. I hope that they think about those who can't afford it. by the way, Shrbook that was a very good information, congratulation.
